The first stage of the project began with excavation to prepare the site, including new concrete paths and a vehicle crossover. Our team also constructed a concrete disability access ramp, complete with compliant handrails, ensuring the site is accessible.

Drainage Solutions

We installed a comprehensive drainage system that included subsoil drains and surface pits, to manage stormwater effectively and prevent future issues. This was complemented by concrete garden edging, which adds structure while supporting effective water flow.

Water Tank and Irrigation System

A water tank was installed to support the site’s new irrigation system, which keeps the newly planted gardens healthy while conserving water.

Acoustic Fencing for Privacy and Noise Reduction

We also constructed acoustic fencing, designed to reduce noise from surrounding areas while providing privacy and a secure boundary for the property.

Adbri Turf Stone and Turf Installation

We laid Adbri Turf Stone for the carpark—a durable, eco-friendly solution that allows for grass growth while supporting light vehicle traffic. We finished the green areas with Augusta Zoysia turf, known for its lush appearance and low maintenance needs.

12-Week Maintenance Period

To ensure the site remained in peak condition post-construction, Rise Landscapes provided a 12-week maintenance period, overseeing everything from turf health to irrigation performance and garden upkeep.
